Methodology

We design the interview contents together with you, according to the agreed-upon study goals. We recruit suitable interviewees and take care of all practical arrangements.

In certain contexts it is also advisable to augment the interview with observation of the user’s actions and behaviour. This study method is called Contextual Inquiry.

Results

We analyse the research data and create a report of the findings. We present a clear summary and conclusions. Depending on the study subject, we can also provide suggestions for improving your product. We present the findings in a workshop, where we can also discuss alternative ways for improving your product.
