Online surveys

We study the current and potential users of your products with online surveys. For example, we find out how people use the product, how happy they are with it, and what changes they wish to see implemented. We report the findings with illustrative tables and graphs. We utilise user comments and statistical methods where applicable and present practical suggestions to improve your product.

Methodology

We design the survey content together with you, according to the goals of the study. We take care of the technical implementation of the survey from start to finish. We can also help with defining the target group and send participation invitations even to large numbers of respondents.

In certain circumstances, it is recommended to augment a qualitative study with a quantitative survey. First, we study the product with a small group of its current or potential users with individual interviews, focus group interviews or usability testing. Then, we refine and validate the results of the qualitative study with a survey for a larger sample.

Results

We analyse the replies statistically and present the results as clear graphs and tables. We do not simply report the replies but also draw conclusions and, if needed, create suggestions for improvement based on them. We present the findings in a workshop, where we can also discuss alternative ways for improving your product.
