We research the opinions and characteristics of the target group of your choice with a selection of methods. The results can be utilized in designing a new product, marketing, or improving an existing product.
We study the opinions, expectations and experiences of your target user group with focus group interviews. Typically, 6 to 8 participate in each group interview. The participants discuss and exchange ideas regarding the subject of the study, with our usability specialist moderating the discussion. The objective of the study is typically to test a new product or service concept, compare competing products or evaluate an existing product.
We study the current and potential users of your products with online surveys. For example, we find out how peoples use the product, how happy they are with it, and what changes they wish to see implemented. We report the findings with illustrative tables and graphs. We utilise user comments and statistical methods where applicable and present practical suggestions to improve your product.
We identify the real people behind the term “product users”. We study the users or potential users of your product with a variety of methods. Based on the findings, we create illustrative user profiles or Personas. With personas, you can more readily take your users into account in product development, communications and user support, and base your decisions on tested data.
We study the opinions, expectations and experiences of your product’s current or potential users with user interviews. We produce an accessible summary of the findings and present conclusions according to the study goals. We can also provide concrete suggestions for improving your product.
