Methodology

We take care of all the practical arrangements for the testing. We recruit the test participants and design the test tasks according to the goals and scope that are mutually agreed upon. We conduct the testing either at our high-quality research facilities or in the actual use environment of the product. You can observe the tests on-site if you want to. With experience from hundreds of usability tests we conduct high-quality testing quickly and smoothly. Our partnership network allows us to realise extensive international studies.

Results

We analyse the test results based on our extensive experience on testing and designing different kinds of products. We report usability and use experience findings, focussing on the most important things considering the study goals. We create concrete improvement suggestions for the product. We present the findings in a workshop, where we can also discuss alternative ways for improving your product.
