Usability evaluation

• Usability testing
  In a usability test we study how real people use your product. We give members of the product’s target group test tasks and see how well they perform. We report usability and use experience findings with concrete improvement suggestions.
• Usability expert evaluation
  In an expert evaluation, we study the user interface of your product from usability and use experience point-of-view.  Our expert walks through the interface and reports findings with improvement suggestions.
• Eye-tracking research
  We use eye-tracking research to investigate what part of your product users pay attention to and how effortless it is to use. Test users perform tasks with the product on a specially-designed computer screen that tracks eye movements. Our experts produce illustrations of how visual attention is distributed and provide suggestions for effective designs.
• Comparative benchmarking
  We study how your product compares with other similar products or possible competing products from the user’s perspective. We conduct the study either as an expert evaluation or as a usability test with actual users. • International projects
