Requirements specifications

We identify the needs of all the interest groups regarding a product. We take into account both the commercial and end-user perspective. We employ workshops, interviews, observation, surveys and conceptual prototypes as needed. The end result is a listing of the requirements, typically accompanied by a conceptual prototype of the product.

Concept design

We produce a product concept either as a wireframe model or visual prototype, based on requirement specifications. Often, we also ensure that the concept matches user needs with quick and iterative usability testing. The result is a high-quality concept, typically delivered as an interactive prototype.

Prototyping

In prototyping, we implement an interactive prototype of a product, based on a product concept or wireframe model. You can utilise the prototype, for example, in usability testing or presenting the product concept to interest groups.

Interface design

User interface design encompasses the design of the product functionality, interaction model, screens and interface elements at a wireframe level, along with the functional specifications for technical implementation. Typically, we also test the usability of the prototype and adjust the interface accordingly in quick iterations. The result is an interactive prototype and the functional specifications of the interface.

Visual design

With visual design, we create a beautiful appearance for your product that is in accordance with your brand. We utilise our extensive experience in design and usability to build a product that is highly usable and provides a pleasant use experience. We provide you with finished interface images and a visual specification.

Interface implementation

We implement the user interface of a product in HTML, CSS, JavaScript or Flash format. We ensure that the interface works correctly in the given technical environment and take different browser versions into account.
