TeliaSonera Finland is the leading mobile operator in Finland and a notable supplier of landline network services. The company offers telecom and broadband services for private consumers and corporations across the country. TeliaSonera has sales outlets online as well as a wide network of retailers.

Adage is the usability and user experience partner in a large project for renewing one of TeliaSonera's services. In this long-term project, Adage works in close co-operation with TeliaSonera, providing agile user-centred design services from user research and concept validation to usability testing. Adage has also been involved in several other of TeliaSonera's service development projects.
